suzy's french bread

I made French bread on Wednesday I used bread flour, warm water, yeast dry, salt , malt syrup,
sugar, shortening, mix all ingredients for 10 to 15mins. then I proofing the dough until double sizes.
I shaped the dough into a oval loaf and then I proof it again. I bake 3 oval loaf at 375 F 25mins 
my French bread is so awesome and it turned  out great  because my mom want to make some loaf too.
