Plated Dessert

I recently made a plated dessert. It was a vanilla cheese with a cookie crust bottom. I put raspberry coulee on the plate and ran a toothpick through it to give it a nice design. I put raspberries on top and a mint leaf to decorate the cheesecake. It was kind of fun but it was hard to come up with an idea of what to make and how to plate it. In the end it turned out nicely and tasted good.

For my dessert I put together a plate of Lemon Tart pieces with raspberry and kiwi sauces, raspberry buttercream and some berries, mint leaves and edible flowers for garnish.
