Mother's Day Cake

In a panic to get my mom a gift for Mother's Day, I suggested that all of us make cakes for our moms. Thankfully Mrs. Nikkel liked the idea! I instantly knew which flavor to make mine, my mom's favourite combination: CHOCOLATE & PB! So on the weekend, after successfully hiding the cake from my mom for a few days, we devoured layer upon layer of rich ganache and smooth PB sauce.
