I take the credit for the Eclairs at the top. :) They're on our "To Do" list for the exam so I figured that there was no better time than to make them for the first time.
Oh! Also the Tiramisu at the bottom of the heap is my creation. Making every component is tedious and just plain time consuming but the final product was beautiful! Yes, I have full pride in how well the turned out. :)
