Just over a week ago,
we celebrated Easter. For dessert I made a two tiered cake with two layers in
each tier. I covered it with cream cheese icing and garnished it with mini
eggs. Last week I made angel food cake for the first time and yesterday I made ladyfinger
sponge, which is a light spongy cake. I really enjoy baking and learning new
things, especially if they turn out (which they don’t always do J)! In the past couple of months, I’ve learned
how to make things that I didn’t even know how to pronounce before, such as
challah (hol-ah), which is a braided bread. I really enjoy working in the
bakeshop!
